Lower Dolpo and Muktinath Trekking which is located inside the Shey Phoksundo National Park of mid–western Nepal, behind the Dhaulagiri massif, towards the Tibetan Plateau. The east and south of it is bordered by the Dhaulagiri and Churen Himal ranges and to the west by Jumla district. Trekking to Lower Dolpa proffers you the remarkable and worthwhile experience of lifetime. The noteworthy figure seen here are immaculate snowy peaks, ancient and isolated villages, rich wildlife, reliable Buddhist monastery and wonderful lakes. The people of this area are simple and warm-hearted with enthralling culture and traditions. The cultural traditions of this area are basically linked with Tibetan.
Trekking into Dolpo region gives an exposure to the High & Isolated Himalayan valleys, resembling the Tibetan highlands. The major highlight of this trek includes ‘Shey Phoksundo National Park’which is the largest National Parks of Nepal. “Shey Phoksundo Lake” is another prominent factor of this region. The lake is totally free of aqua life, which the crystal waters clearly explain. Surrounded by rock, forests, and snow- capped peaks, the area has been described as one of the World's ‘Natural Hidden Wonders’.
The trek begins at airstrip of Juphal after a short flight from the terrain town of Nepalgunj which is well connected to famous route of Annapurna Region at Jomsom from where we take flight back to Pokhara.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu, preparation and briefing about trek at evening.
Day 03: Flight/Drive from Kathmandu – Nepalgunj (150m) then transfer to Hotel.
Day 04: Flight to Juphal (2,475m), trek to Dunai (2,140m)/Suli Ghat (2,282m.)O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 05: Dunai Bazar/Suli Ghat – Chhepka (Sepka - 2,838m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 06: Chhepka - Rechi (Regi - 2,940m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 07: Rechi – Ringmo Village (3,641m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 08: Rest day for exploration of the surrounding Shey Phoksundo Lake.O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 09: Ringmo Village – Shey Phoksundo Lake Campsite (3,630m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 10: Shey Phoksundo Lake Campsite - Phoksundo Khola Campsite (3,750m). O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 11: Phok - Campsite – Nangdalo-La Pass (5,350m) - Shey Gompa (4,160m) O/N at Lodge/Camping.
Day 12: Shey Gompa – Sela (Gela - 5,094m) La Pass - Namgung Village (4,606m). O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 13: Namgung Village - Saldang Village (3,770m) O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 14: Saldang Village – Chagaon (3,840m) - Dachun Khola Campsite (4,700m). O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.

Day 16: Tokyu - Dho Tarap Village (3,944m) and Rest. O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 17: Dho Tarap – Chharkha Pass Base Camp (Charka - 5,227m). O/N at Camping.
Day 18: Chharkha BC – Chharka Pass (5,378m) Chharka Tulsi Khola Camp (4,380m). O/N at Camping.
Day 19: Chharka Tulsi Khola Camp – Nulungsumde Kharka (4,987m). O/N at Camping.
Day 20: Nulungsumde Kharka - Jungben La Pass (5,550m) - Sandag Village (3,732m) O/N at Camping.
Day 21: Sangdag Village – Shanta Village (3,777m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 22: Shanta Village - Kagbeni (2,810m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 23: Kagbeni – Muktinath (3,760m) and explore temples. O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 24: Drive from Muktinath to Pokhara and transfer to Hotel.
Day 25: Leisure day in Pokhara for rest or, explore the surrounding.
Day 26: Flight/Drive from Pokhara – Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel.
Day 27: Free day in Kathmandu for rest or shopping, with a farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 28: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey. Final Departure.
