The region is predominantly inhabited by Buddhists, and Tibetan cultural heritage is deeply preserved here. Known as the Kingdom of Lo, Upper Mustang remained a restricted area until 1992, helping maintain its rich traditions and ancient way of life. Many locals still speak their traditional language and wear customary attire. The region is also a significant center of Buddhist learning and art. This fascinating tour offers dramatic landscapes, barren plateaus, and rocky trails, all framed by magnificent views of the Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and other Himalayan peaks. Outline Tour Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Full day city sightseeing in Kathmandu Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Patan Durbar suare and Swayambhunath Temple.
Day 03: Drive or, Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (915m) then transfers to Hotel. 250 KM
Day 04: Drive to Tatopani (1,190m). 110 KM. 6/7 Hrs. O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 05: Tatopani to Kagbeni (2,810m), visit Muktinath Temple (3,760m). 5/6 Hrs. O/N at Teahouse Lodge.

Enter Restricted Area:
Day 06: Drive to Ghami Village (3,520m) via Syangbochen (3,820m). 32KM. O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 07: Drive to - Lo-Manthang Village (38,10m), visit around 17 KM O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 08: Day explore by Jeep drive to Thinkar, Kimaling, Chunjung, Namdruk and Chhoser Village.
Day 09: Drive from Lo-Mangthang to Marpha Village (2,670m). 4/5 hours. O/N at Teahouse Lodge.

Exit Restricted Area:
Day 10: Drive from Marpha to Pokhara and transfer to Hotel. 6 hours.
Day 11: Drive or Flight to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel, farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 12: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey. Final Departure.
