Day 02: Pashupatinath Temple Darshan and city sightseeing tour to Boudhanath Stupa in the morning.
Day 03: Free Day in Kathmandu – Tibet Visa Collection & Trip Preparation.
Day 04: Drive from Kathmandu - Kyirong Bazar (2800m.).
Day 05: Kyirong - Shigatse (3800m.).
Day 06: Shigatse - Lhasa (3800m.) via Gyantse.
Day 07/08: In Lhasa sightseeing.
Day 09: Lhasa - Shegar (4300m).
Day 10: Shegar - Kyirong Bazar.
Day 11: Drive from Kyirong - Kathmandu - Cross border and drive.
Day 12: Kathmandu free day for rest.

Details Tour Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. On the same day, we will collect the original passports from all participants and assist in completing the Tibet visa application forms. Our team will then submit the visa application to the Chinese Embassy on your behalf. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Full-Day Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu

Your full-day city sightseeing tour begins at 9:00 AM. During the tour, you will visit the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, the historic Patan Durbar Square, and the iconic Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). After completing the sightseeing program, you will be transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Free Day in Kathmandu – Tibet Visa Collection & Trip Preparation

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu for personal activities and final travel preparations. Your Tibet visa will be collected and all necessary arrangements finalized for the journey ahead. In the evening, attend a comprehensive tour briefing conducted by our team, covering important travel information, itinerary details, and preparations for your Tibet adventure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Kathmandu – Kyirong (2,800m)

After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Kyirong (approximately 145 km / 8 hours), passing through picturesque Nepalese countryside, traditional villages, and stunning mountain landscapes. Upon reaching the Nepal–Tibet border, complete the necessary immigration and customs formalities.

After crossing into Tibet, you will be greeted by your Tibetan guide at the border checkpoint. Continue the journey along a winding mountain road as it ascends to Kyirong, a charming Tibetan border town known for its beautiful natural surroundings. Upon arrival, check in at Mustang Hotel and relax after the day's journey. Overnight stay at Mustang Hotel.

Day 05: Kyirong - Shigatse (3800m.)

After breakfast, begin a spectacular drive across the vast Tibetan Plateau, often referred to as the "Roof of the World." As the journey ascends through the highlands, enjoy breathtaking views of the unique Tibetan landscape, characterized by its expansive plains, snow-capped peaks, and dramatic mountain scenery.

Weather permitting, you will be rewarded with magnificent panoramas of Cho Oyu (8,201m) and Shishapangma (8,012m), two of the world's highest mountains. The journey continues via Gyanchula Pass (5,220m), one of the highest passes on the route to Lhasa, passing through the town of Lhatse.

Upon arrival in Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet, check in at Gesar Hotel or a similar category hotel. Overnight stay in Shigatse.

Day 06: Shigatse – Gyantse – Lhasa (3,650m)

After breakfast, visit the renowned Tashilhunpo Monastery, the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama, followed by a stroll through the local market to experience the vibrant daily life of the town.

Continue the journey across Tibet’s vast agricultural landscapes en route to Gyantse. Upon arrival, visit the impressive Kumbum Stupa and Pelkor Chode Monastery, both remarkable examples of Tibetan architecture and Buddhist heritage.

After sightseeing, proceed with a scenic drive to Lhasa. Upon arrival, check in at Gangen Hotel or a similar category hotel. Overnight stay in Lhasa.

Day 07–08: In Lhasa (3,650m)

Full-day sightseeing in Lhasa, exploring its most important cultural and spiritual landmarks. Visit the iconic Potala Palace, the sacred Jokhang Temple, and the vibrant Barkhor Street, a lively market and pilgrimage circuit.

Continue your visits to the renowned monasteries of Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery, both offering deep insight into Tibetan Buddhist traditions and monastic life.

After the sightseeing program, return to your hotel for an overnight stay at Gangen Hotel or a similar category property.

Day 09: Lhasa – Shegar

After breakfast, depart from Lhasa and begin your scenic drive towards Shegar, crossing the vast and dramatic landscapes of the Tibetan Plateau. En route, enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, wide open plains, and traditional Tibetan settlements.

Pass through high mountain terrain and remote valleys, experiencing the raw natural beauty of the region. Upon arrival in Shegar, check in at your hotel and relax after the long journey. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Shegar – Everest Base Camp Excursion – Kyirong

After an early breakfast, embark on an unforgettable excursion to the iconic Everest Base Camp, offering spectacular views of the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest. Enjoy the dramatic Himalayan scenery and capture memorable moments at the base of the “Roof of the World.”

After the visit, continue the drive back towards Kyirong via the high-altitude Tibetan landscapes and mountain roads. Upon arrival, check in at Mustang Hotel and relax after a long and scenic journey. Overnight stay at Mustang Hotel.

Day 11: Kyirong – Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive to the Nepal–Tibet border and complete the necessary immigration and customs formalities. After crossing the border, meet our Nepalese guide and vehicle waiting to receive you. Continue your scenic drive back to Kathmandu, passing through beautiful countryside landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 12: Kathmandu – Free Day

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu for rest and personal activities after your journey. You may relax at your hotel or explore the city at your own pace. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13 Half-Day: Bhaktapur Sightseeing & Farewell Dinner

Enjoy a half-day guided excursion to the medieval city of Bhaktapur, renowned for its rich cultural heritage and well-preserved architecture. Visit the historic Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the iconic Nyatapola Temple, and explore the traditional courtyards, temples, and artisan streets that reflect the city’s ancient Newari culture.

Return to Kathmandu in the afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a special farewell dinner with cultural experience, celebrating the conclusion of your journey. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14: Departure – Transfer to Airport

After breakfast, enjoy your last moments in Kathmandu at leisure until your scheduled departure. Later, you will be transferred to Kathmandu International Airport for your onward journey. We wish you a safe and pleasant flight.
