Booking Condition
To confirm your Tibet trip booking, please complete our Kailash Trip Reservation or download the booking form and submit us by fax: 0097714415078 or by email and once we received your booking form we will be contacting to you for further information about your trip.
Forms of Payment: Payments may be made by personal, business or certified check, or by credit card. Cultural Treks accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. To charge any portion of your trip fare, please complete the Credit Card Charge Authorization form (Now Not in Use) and return it to us via fax or mail.
Your booking will be confirmed by email once we have received the trip deposit booking, Please see below for our various trip deposit booking cost.
- US$ 200 for Mount Kailsh Deposit
- US$ 250 for Tibet trip
- US$ 150 Nepal Trekking and Hiking
We accept the balance payment on arrival in Nepal (ie once you have met us).
If you have been delayed to start trip, we would like to request for another departure but if you do not contact with us within 48 hours, we will assume you have cancelled the tour. There is no refund of any money paid.
The tour will not be cancelled unless we are forced to do so because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), such as a major natural disaster, major political unrest or war.
In case of the journey broken of early return upon client's own wish or causes, Cultural Treks & Expedition shall not be liable to any refund of the days not utilized. Clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary.
Before joining the tour we recommend you take out travel insurance.
