Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,350m.) airport, meet our staff and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Full-Day Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu City.
Day 03: Free Day in Kathmandu – Tibet Visa Collection & Trip Preparation.
Day 04: Fly to Gonggar Airport and transfer to Lhasa (3,650m) by road.
Day 05: Visit the Potala Palace, Jokhang temple and Barkhor Bazaar.
Day 06: Sightseeing at Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery, followed by evening shopping at Tibetan local bazaars.
Day 07: Transfer to Gonggar Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 09: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.

Details Tour Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. On the same day, we will collect the original passports from all participants and assist in completing the Tibet visa application forms. Our team will then submit the visa application to the Chinese Embassy on your behalf. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Full-Day Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu

Your full-day city sightseeing tour begins at 9:00 AM. During the tour, you will visit the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, the historic Patan Durbar Square, and the iconic Swayambhunath (also known as the Monkey Temple). After completing the sightseeing program, you will be transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Free Day in Kathmandu – Tibet Visa Collection & Trip Preparation

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu for personal activities and final travel preparations. Your Tibet visa will be collected and all necessary arrangements finalized for the journey ahead. In the evening, attend a comprehensive tour briefing conducted by our team, covering important travel information, itinerary details, and preparations for your Tibet adventure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Fly to Gonggar Airport and transfer to Lhasa (3,650m) by road.

Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa, approximately 90 minutes. Arrive at Gonggar Airport, where you will be met by our staff and transferred to Lhasa (3,650m) by road. The rest of the day is free for acclimatization. Overnight stay at a hotel in Lhasa on a BB plan.

Day 05: Sightseeing in Lhasa – Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Bazar.

The whole day is dedicated to sightseeing in Lhasa. Visit Potala Palace, one of Tibet’s architectural wonders, known for housing precious statues, scriptures, and religious artifacts. In the afternoon, continue to Jokhang Temple, the most important pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists and one of Tibet’s holiest shrines. In the evening, take a stroll through Barkhor Bazaar, a vibrant market and lively pilgrim circuit offering a rich introduction to Tibetan culture.

Day 06: Sightseeing at Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery, followed by evening shopping at Tibetan local bazaars.

We visit the two major monasteries, Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. The rest of the day is free for personal shopping. Overnight stay at a hotel in Lhasa on a BB plan.

Day 07: Transfer to Gonggar Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, drive to Gonggar Airport for your return flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will conclude your journey with wonderful memories of Lhasa and its cultural and spiritual highlights.

Day 08: Bhaktapur Sightseeing & Farewell Dinner.

Enjoy a half-day city tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, exploring its ancient temples, courtyards, and traditional Newari architecture. In the evening, join a farewell dinner to conclude your journey.

Day 09: Departure – Transfer to Airport.

After breakfast, enjoy your last moments in Kathmandu at leisure until your scheduled departure. Later, you will be transferred to Kathmandu International Airport for your onward journey. We wish you a safe and pleasant flight.
