Ghorepani Poon Hill with Annapurna Base Camp trek is popular as it offers a great variety of beautiful landscapes, nature and culture of the central mountains of Nepal. 10 days trek around the spectacular trek brings you through scenic villages, rich oak, pine and rhododendron forest, right into the magical Machhapuchhre and Annapurna Base Camp. This area also offers several choices of treks from visiting the hospitable village of Ghorepani Poon Hill, Chhomrong and Ghandrung to viewing the exquisite panoramic mountain views and here you will be overwhelmed by the close-up views of the giant snow peaks Annapurna I (8,019m.), Annapurna III (7,555m.), Gangapurna (7,454m.) and Machhapuchhre (6,993m.).

A summation of five climatic and vegetation zones along with a variety of ethnic groups has found their niche in this diverse terrain. This trekking is strongly recommended for excellent mountain vistas. The central region of Annapurna Base Camp boasts some of the most brilliant sunset in Nepal.

Outline Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhara (915m.) by tourist Bus and transfer to Hotel.
Day 03: Pokhara – Nayapul and Ulleri Village (2,073m.). O/N at Lodge.
Day 04: Ulleri – Ghorepani (2,855m.). O/N at Tea House Lodge.
Day 05: Ghorepani – Poon Hill (3,210m.) – Tadapani (2,700m.)
Day 06: Tadapani – Chhomrong Village (2,210m.)
Day 07: Chhomrong – Himalaya Hotel (2,900m.)
Day 08: Himalaya Hotel – Machhapuchhre Base Camp (4,000m.)
Day 09: Machhapuchhre Base Camp - Annapurna Base Camp (4,200m.).
Day 10: Annapurna Base Camp – Himalaya Hotel.
Day 11: Himalaya Hotel – Chhomrong Village.
Day 12: Trek to Jhinnu Danda (1,780m.) - drive back to Pokhara. O/N at Hotel.
Day 13: Pokhara - Kathmandu by tourist bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 14: Kathmandu free.
Day 15: Last minute, transfers to airport for your onward journey.
