One of the world's new treks around the Annapurna range of Kopra ridge Trekking

Adventure Kopra Ridge Trekking will bring you well off the beaten trail, on to long, remote mountain ridges, through exposit forest and to visit traditional villages. Views of the Annapurna and the gigantic mass of Mt. Dhaulagiri are utterly breathtaking and complement many of our phenomenal campsites during this classic two week treks.

 

From Pokhara we drive to Nayapul and Ghandruk village towards Gurung and Magar village. As we move higher through the rhododendron woodlands the views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Machhapuchhre are astounding. On reaching Kopra Ridge our campsite is right below Mt. Annapurna I. From here we walk up to the sacred lake above Kair, a marvelous alpine experience. The trek back to Pokhara takes us via Ghorepani, Poon Hill (3,210m.) for one of the most famous panoramas in the Annapurna range.

Outline Trek Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free.
Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara (916m.) by tourist Bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 04: Drive to Nayapul and Ghandrung Village (1,951m.).
Day 05: Ghandrung – Tadapani (2,700m.)
Day 06: Tadapani – Dobato (3,350m.).
Day 07: Dobato – Chistibung (3,000m.).
Day 08: Chistibung – Kopra Hill (3,640m.).
Day 09: Hiking up to Kopra Ridge/Kopra Lake (4,827m.) for explore.
Day 10: Kopra – Sautha (2,400m.)
Day 11: Sautha – Ghorepani (2,855m.)
Day 12: Hiking to Poon Hill (3,210m.) trek to Ulleri (2,073m.) then drive to Pokhara.
Day 13: Pokhara – Kathmandu by tourist bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 14: Last minute, transfer to airport for onward journey.

Cost Includes

  • All land transportation by Car, Van, Hiace and tourist Bus (Airport/Hotel/Airport, trekking pick up and drop).
  • 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu, 2 night in Pokhara with bed & breakfast basis.
  • All 3 major meals a day; Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (provide continental food) and accommodation in best available tea-house lodge during the trek en-route.
  • One professional English speaking trekking guide and necessary Porter. (1 porter between two member)
  • Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.
  • Per member 15 Kg. luggage allow while in the trekking.
  • Trekking Permit (TIMS) and Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) fees.
  • Medical Kit Box for Nepali support crews.
  • All official taxes and service charge.

Cost Excludes

  • Personal transportation except above programs.
  • Major meals lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • Domestic Air Ticket: Kathmandu/Pokhara/Kathmandu and airport tax.
  • Personal trekking gears as well as sleeping bags. (not required)
  • Personal Nature expenses.
  • Emergency evacuation (If incase).
  • Drinks except tea and coffee.
  • Airfare: To & from your country.
  • Nepal entry, re-entry visa fees and international airport departure taxes.
