Mt. Sita Chuchura 6,611 meter is located very closed to Dhaulagiri Himalayan range and it is not far from the French Pass from where people do the trek crossing the passes. This peak was successfully climbed only 4 times and the first ascent was done by a Japanese expedition - Masahiko Takahashi, Hiroshi Harada, Nobuyki Hirato and Phurba Kitar Sherpa on October 26, 1970 and last time was in 1995. Mount Sita Chuchura expedition can be done within 21 days via Jomsom side and 30 days Dhaulagiri French Pass including Kathmandu stay. Sita Chuchura is a beautiful mountain for mountaineering activities, which always attract the mountain voyager to climb which start from Pokhara and Beni Bazar to the Sita Chuchura Base Camp and finish at Jomsom from where we can take flight back to Pokhara nd drive to Kathmandu.

11 April - Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
12 April - Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu, preparation and briefing about trip at evening.
13 April - Day 03: Official work for expedition and briefing at Ministry of Tourism.
14 April - Day 04: Kathmandu - Pokhara (915m) by tourist Bus then transfer to Hotel.
15 April - Day 05: Early drive to Darbang Village (1,110m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
16 April - Day 06: Darbang - Sibang (1,780m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
17 April - Day 07: Sibang - Boghara (2,080m- Bagar). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
18 April Day 08: Boghara - Dobang (2,520m-Dovan Kharka). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
19 April - Day 09: Dobang - Chartare (3,445m) (Chaur Bag Khola Camp). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
20 April - Day 10: Chartare - Japanese Base Camp (3,890m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
21 April - Day 11: Deposit Camp (3,940m) - Japanese BC - Dhaulagiri BC (4,748m). O/N at Camping.
22 April - Day 12: Dhaulagiri Base Camp – Sita Chuchura Base Camp - Set up Camp. O/N at Camping.
23 April/04 May - Day 13/24: Climbing period of Mt. Sita Chuchura (6,611m) Summit. - Full Camping.
05 May - Day 25: Clean up Base Camp and trek back to Yak Kharka (3,900m). O/N at Camping.
06 May - Day 26: Yak Kharka - Marpha Village (2,667m) O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
07 May - Day 27: Marpha Village – Pokhara (915m) then transfer to Hotel.
08 May - Day 28: Fly/Drive to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel.
09 May - Day 29: Free in Kathmandu, D-briefing and rest, farewell dinner at evening.
10 May - Day 30: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.

20 October - Day 29: Free in Kathmandu, D-briefing and rest, farewell dinner at evening.
21 October - Day 30: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.
Tipping System:
Tipping is done on a group-sharing basis by expedition participants. The minimum recommended amounts are:
1. Base Camp Guide & Cook: Min. USD 150 each.
2. BC Kitchen Boys/Helpers: Min. USD 100 each.
3. Porters: Min. USD 75 each.

Note for expedition participants:
Expedition service up to Base Camp: This applies to those who have booked the expedition service - up to Base Camp. The cost does not include the High Altitude (H. A.) Sherpa guide, food and fuel, tents, climbing gear, fixed ropes up to the summit, or the Sherpa’s bonus beyond Advance Base Camp.Additional Cost for High Altitude Climbing Sherpa: USD 2,100 (If required by client)
The additional cost for a High Altitude Climbing Sherpa (H. A.) includes: Expedition equipment allowance, Personal climbing gears, daily wages, food and fuel from base camp to summit, helicopter rescue coverage, medical expenses, accident insurance for the Sherpa, all ground transportation, domestic flight tickets (Kathmandu–Pokhara–Kathmandu), and a personal sleeping tent at base camp, among other essentials.
Summit Bonus for High Altitude Climbing Sherpa: USD 500 for reaching Camp at 6,000m, plus USD 500 for climbing from 6,000m to the summit - total USD 1000. This amount is payable on the spot (ABC) by the climbing member and applies only to those climber who purchase expedition services - up to summit.
