Skiing Fees in the Mountains of Nepal

Skiing fees in government-designated mountain areas set by the Department of Tourism in Nepal require a group royalty fee of $ 1,000 covering up to 10 people, plus $ 500 for a waste management deposit.

Ski Fee Structure
Group Royalty: $ 1,000 for a group of up to 10 skiers.
Extra Group Members: $ 100 per additional person for groups larger than 10.
Maximum Group Size: 20 skiers per permitted group.
Waste Management Deposit: $ 500 per group/activity.
Designated Peaks: Includes approved snowy slopes and summits like Everest, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Himlung, Ratna Chuli, and Putha Hiunchuli. Skiing outside these designated locations requires separate specific climbing and ski-mountaineering permits.
