Mt. Ratna Chuli stand at height of 7,035 meter located between the border of Nepal and Tibet (China) in north of the Annapurna and Manaslu region, majestically situated above the Tibetan village of Phu Gaon in the western region of Nepal. Since the first opening of the Nar Phu Valley of western Nepal in 2000, there have been very few mountaineering expedition teams are enter this valley for climb the mountain. Mount Ratna Chuli lies in a ridge running in a west-east direction, which forms the state border and the watershed between Yarlung Tsangpo in the north and Marsyangdi in the south. 11,83 km to the west is the (6889m) high Lugula Himal. Ratna Chuli first ascent in 1996 by a Japanese-Nepalese expedition (Santa Bahadur Ale, Durga Bahadur Tamang, Tul Bahadur Tamang (Nepal), Katsuhiko Sawada and Osamu Tanabe (Japan) successfully climbed Ratna Chuli over the west Ridge.
Mt. Ratna Chuli expedition start from Kathmandu, six hour scenic drive takes us Besi Shahar where we stop for overnight. Our trek commences from the classic Annapurna circuit route till Koto by local Jeep or Bus and then leaves towards the route Dharmasala, then to Nar Phu Valley, Kyang, Phu village where we spend one day extra for proper acclimatization and local exploration. Next day we reach to the Ratna Chuli Base Camp. After setting up the Base Camp our strong team of staffs set up various camps, members have the chance to going up and down for proper acclimatization and we attempt summit on a favorable day for everyone. 04 April - Day 07: Meta – Chako (Chaka). O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
05 April - Day 08: Chako – Phu Gaon (4,030m). O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
06 April - Day 09: Phu Gaon rest for explore and acclimatization. O/N at Camping.
07 April - Day 10: Phu Gaon – Ratna Chuli Base Camp (4,842m) - Set up Camp. O/N at Camping.
08/19 April - Day 11/22: Climbing periods for Mt. Ratna Chuli (7,035m) - Full Camping.
20 April - Day 23: Clean up Base Camp and Preparation back packing. O/N at Camping.
21 April - Day 24: Trek back from Ratna Chuli BC to Phu Village. O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
22 April - Day 25: Phu Gaon – Meta village. O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
23 April - Day 26: Meta – Koto village. O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
24 April - Day 27: Drive back to Besi Shahar. O/N at Tea-house Lodge.
25 April - Day 28: Drive to Kathmandu then transfers to Hotel.
26 April - Day 29: Free in Kathmandu, D-briefing and rest, farewell dinner at evening.
27 April - Day 30: Last minute, transfers to airport for onward journey.

Tipping System:
Tipping is done on a group-sharing basis by expedition participants. The minimum recommended amounts are:
1. Base Camp Guide & Cook: Min. USD 150 each.
2. BC Kitchen Boys/Helpers: Min. USD 100 each.
3. Porters: Min. USD 50 each.

Note for expedition participants:
Expedition service up to Base Camp: This applies to those who have booked the expedition service - up to Base Camp. The cost does not include the High Altitude (H. A.) Sherpa guide, food and fuel, tents, climbing gear, fixed ropes up to the summit, or the Sherpa’s bonus beyond Advance Base Camp.Additional Cost for High Altitude Climbing Sherpa: USD 2,100 (If required by client)
The additional cost for a High Altitude Climbing Sherpa (H. A.) includes: Expedition equipment allowance, Personal climbing gears, daily wages, food and fuel from base camp to summit, helicopter rescue coverage, medical expenses, accident insurance for the Sherpa, all ground transportation and a personal sleeping tent at base camp, among other essentials.
Summit Bonus for High Altitude Climbing Sherpa: USD 500 for reaching Camp at 6,000m, plus USD 200 for climbing from 6,000m to the summit - total USD 700. This amount is payable on the spot (ABC) by the climbing member and applies only to those climber who purchase expedition services - up to summit.
