This is one of the spiritual and religious trekking in Nepal known for remote trekking destination in Nepal. Gauri Shankar named after Lord Shankar and his spouse Gauri. Honored by Hindus and Buddhists, Gaurishankar Mountain exists close to Rolwaling with settlements of Himalayan Sherpa people, participants can experience a complete natural beauty remoteness in the Himalayas. One can easily reach Tashi Lapcha Pass from Rolwaling Valley. Crossing Tasi Lapcha pass and combine to Khumbu region or Everest region trekking.

Gaurishankar Trail and Tashi Lapcha Pass Trek is an unusual trek escapes from the well trekked trails to explore the untouched ridges and valleys below Gaurishankar. The programs combines a wide variety of scenery, passing through charming, tranquil villages, while we enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Gaurishankar, the Jugal Himal range and the Rolwaling Himal from sparsely inhabited high ridges rarely trodden by westerners. Also Sir Edmund Hillary led a Yeti Expedition in 1950 searching for this fabled snowman.

Gaurishankar Trail and Tashi Lapcha Pass Trek itineraries are well designed for your suite to choose the programs. Our treks start from either via Dolakha (Charikot) Gongar or, Barabise Bazar and trip will be end at Lukla then fly back to Kathmandu.

Outline Trekking Itinerary: A

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu - Gongar (1,400m.) by local Bus and O/N at Hotel.
Day 03: Gongar – Simigaun (2,019m.)
Day 04: Simigaun – Dugang (2,800m.)
Day 05: Dugang – Beding (Old Buddhist Monastery) (3,693m.)
Day 06: Beding – Na Gaun (4,183m.)
Day 07: Na Gaun Rest for acclimatization and hiking.
Day 08: Na Gaun rest for hiking and preparation of climbing peak.
Day 09: Na Gaun – Chhukima.
Day 10: Chhukima – Tsho Rolpa glacier camp (Tashi Lapcha Base Camp - 4,470m.)
Day 11: Tashi Lapcha Base Camp – Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,793m.) - Cave Camp
Day 12: Tashi Lapcha Cave – Thengpo (4,230m.).
Day 13: Thengpo – Namche Bazar (3,440m.)
Day 14: Namche Bazar – Phakding (2,640m.)
Day 15: Phakding – Lukla (2,800m.) then transfer to Hotel.
Day 16: Lukla – Kathmandu by flight then transfers to Hotel.
Day 17: Kathmandu free.
Day 18: Last minute transfers to airport for your onward journey.

Day 06: Chilangkha School – Jagat, (1,150m.)

Day 09: Dungang – Beding (3,693m.)
Day 10: Beding – Na Gaun (4,183m.)
Day 11: Na Gaun rest for acclimatization.

Day 15: Thengpo – Namche Bazar (3,440m).
Day 16: Namche Bazar – Lukla (2,800m.) and transfer to teahouse Lodge.
Day 17: Lukla – Kathmandu by flight then transfers to Hotel.
Day 18: Kathmandu free.
Day 19: Last minute transfers to airport for your onward journey.
