Mardi Himal trek is a newly explored route, the least trodden trail, in a long rising ridge and its summit that from the southwesterly lower slope of holy Mt. Machhapuchhre. Mardi Himal Trek is a secret asset. The most triangular shaped ridge and its summit that form the westerly lower slope of mount Machhapuchhre (6,997m.). The Mountain possesses two peaks thus it named as this which in English means ‘Fish Tail’. Its great skyline is seen even from Phewa Lake at Pokhara. It is situated to the most southerly high point of Mt. Annapurna massif, around these appears majestic grouping of mountains is the central Himalayan of Annapurna that includes 5 of the 12 highest mountains in the world, all these awaits to this route.
Descending first through the forest a different route takes us steeply down to the upper Mardi Khola, the torrent that has been the ice and the snow of Mardi Himal although remote and still away from the used trekking routes, the expedition now takes on the moods of the warm Valleys and the friendly Villages, as we make our way along the banks of Mardi Khola from the hill side Village of siding, down through the lovely fields, past the simple farms over the bridges.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.) meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhara (915m.) by Tourist Bus then transfers to Hotel.
Day 03: Drive to Kande & trek to Pathana village (1,890m.)
Day 04: Pathana Village – Forest Camp. (2,550m.)
Day 05: Forest Camp – Low Camp. (3,400m.)
Day 06: Low Camp – High Camp. (4,100m.)
Day 07: High Camp – Above high Camp. (5,000m.)
Day 08: High Camp – Siding Village. (1,750m.)
Day 09: Siding Village – Mardi Pul. (1,600m.)
Day 10: Mardi Pul – Pokhara and transfer to Hotel.
Day 11: Pokhara – Kathmandu by Bus and transfers to Hotel.
Day 12: Kathmandu free and farewell dinner.
Day 13: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.
