Mt. Abi Peak ClimbingAbi Peak lies in the Mahalangur, Solukhumbu region of Nepal and a rock peak lies south of Lobuche East peak known as Cholo or Kangchung peak from the pass that reaches it-the Kangchung-La Pass. The altitude is wrong, mistaken with Lobuche East's secondary peak, it is marked as 5551m on the Schneider Khumbu map. Despite the low altitude compared to most others it is a real climb, all on rock in good conditions.Mt. Abi peak is considered as the perfect peak to practice ice climbing and acclimatization before climbing peaks above 800 meter. The itinerary guarantees proper acclimatization and improves considerably your chances of success.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff & transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free, preparation and briefing.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2840m.), trek to Phakding (2610m.).

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar (3446m.).
Day 05: Rest day for acclimatisation.
Day 06: Namche - Dole (4200m.).
Day 07: Dole - Machhermo (4470m.).
Day 08: Machhermo - Gokyo (4790m.).
Day 09: Ascent to Gokyo Ri 5360m.- Thangna (4700m.)
Day 10: Thagna - Abi Peak Base Camp (5355m.).
Day 11: Set up High Camp (5610m.).
Day 12: Summit Abi Peak (6097m.) and return to Base Camp.
Day 13: Abi Base Camp - Cho La Pass (5330m.) - Dzonglha (4830m.)
Day 14: Dzonglha - Tengboche (3867m.).
Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazar (3446m.).
Day 16: Namche Bazar - Lukla and transfer to Teahouse Lodge
Day 17: Lukla – Kathmandu by flight and transfers Lodge.
Day 18: Kathmandu free.
Day 19: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.

Peak Climbing Cost: USD 2450 Per Person.

Tea-house Lodge Trek Cost Includes:

  • Land transportation by Car, Van, Hiace or tourist Bus (Airport/Hotel/Airport and trekking pick up and drop).
  • 4 Night’s hotel accommodation in Kathmandu at Bed and Breakfast basis.
  • 3 Major meals; B/L/D (by Lodge menu) and accommodation; twin sharing bed room at best available teahouse lodge en-route, tented camp at Base Camp.
  • Twin sharing North Face brand tent, dining tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, Kitchen utensil etc.).
  • 1 English speaking equipped, professional trekking + climbing guide, Cook, Kitchen boys and necessary Porter. (1 Porter between two member).
  • Climbing guide equipment charges.
  • Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.
  • Per member 15 Kg. luggage allow while in the trekking.
  • Enough rope for climbing and snow bar for climbing.
  • Peak Permit, Khumbu area entrance permit, Sagarmatha National Park permit and garbage deposit.
