Dolpo is located inside the Shy – Phoksundo National Park of mid–western Nepal, behind the Dhaulagiri massif, towards the Tibetan Plateau.  Cut off by a series of very high passes, closed by snow most of the year, Dolpa remains a truly isolated corner of Nepal.  Time has stood still here for centuries as the inhabitants of Tibetan stock continue to live, cultivate and trade the way they have done since time immemorial.  The finally preserved Eco–system encompasses a wild and wonderful variety of plants and wildlife, including the blue sheep and leopard.  A trek through Dolpa is an experience not easily forgotten. The trek begins at airstrip of Juphal after a short flight from the terrain town of Nepalgunj which is well connected by both road and air from Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing: Bouddhanath, Pashupatinath temple, Patan Durbar square and Swayambhunath temple. 4/5 hrs.
Day 03 : Official work, briefing and preparation day for the Lower Dolpo.
Day 04: Kathmandu – Nepalgunj by Bus then transfer at Hotel or, Camp.
Day 05: Nepalgunj – Juphal (2353m.) by flight & trek to Dunai (2150m.) O/N at tented camp.
Day 06 : Dunai – Roha (2970m.)
Day 07 : Roha – Regi (3100m.)
Day 08 : Regi – Ringmo Village (3600m.) (Near by Phoksundo Lake).
Day 09: Ringmo (Phoksundo Lake) rest and explore.
Day 10 : Ringmo (Phoksundo Lake) – Pungmi Village (3320m.)
Day 11 : Pungmi Village – Kagmara Base Camp (5067m.)
Day 12: Kagmara Base camp – Kagmara Pass (5115m.) – Garpung Khola.
Day 13: Garpung Khola – Kai Gaun (3000m.)
Day 14 : Kai Gaun – Chouri Kot (3200m.)
Day 15 : Chouri Kot – Churta (3300m.)
Day 16 : Churta – Gothichaur (Lunch Place) – Overnight in Jumla (2300m.)
Day 17: Jumla Rest.
Day 18 : Jumla – Nepalgunj by Busthen transfer at Hotel
