A relaxed introduction to trekking in the Annapurnas range and its Kaligandaki Valley

Kali Gandaki Gorge located in the lower mustang area along the famous trek route of Annapurna Circuit, the world's deepest river gorge, was once a major trading route between Tibet and India. In more recent years it has opened up to trekkers and its relatively quiet trails offer incredible close-up views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Annapurna Himalayas. This new itinerary offers a chance to get close to these giants but in a relaxed manner. Based in the Gurung and Thakalis villages of Thasang, Ranipouwa and Kagbeni there are plenty of options for day walks but you can just as easily stay put for the day, spend time with the locals and soak up the breathtaking views. This is a ideal and easy trek designed for two weeks those who like to go till 3802 meter high villages in Nepal.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02 : Sightseeing: Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath, Pashupatinath temple and Patan durbar square with professional English speaking tour guide. 4/5 hrs.
Day 03: Drive Pokhara by tourist Bus then transfer to Hotel & optional walk up to Pagoda.
Day 04: Fly to Jomsom (2750m.) then trek to Thasang (2800m.)
Day 05: Thasang exploration day.
Day 06: Optional day walks around Thasang.
Day 07: Thasang – Jomsom (2713m.)
Day 08: Jomsom – Kagbeni (2725m.) and exploration.
Day 09: Kagbeni – Muktinath (3802m.), over night at Rani Pouwa.
Day 10: Explore around Muktinath Temple and Monastery.
Day 11: Muktinath – Jomsom and optional walk to Lupra.
Day 12: Jomsom – Pokhara – Kathmandu by flight then transfer to Hotel.
Day 13: Kathmandu free.
Day 14: Last minute, transfers to airport for onward journey.

Tea-house Lodge Trek Cost Includes:

• All 3 major meals Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (provide continental food) and accommodation in tented camp during the trek en-route. (twin sharing North Face tent or, normal trekking tent, dining tent, toilet tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, Table, chairs and Kitchen utensil etc.).
• One professional English speaking trekking guide, 1 Cook, Kitchen boys, necessary Sherpa and Porters.
