Adventure Khair Trek

One of the world's new treks around the Annapurna range of Kopra ridge

On this trek we take you well off the beaten trail, on to long, remote mountain ridges, through exposit forest and to visit traditional villages. Views of the Annapurna and the gigantic mass of Mt. Dhaulagiri are utterly breathtaking and complement many of our phenomenal campsites during this classic two week treks.

From Pokhara our walk begins in the lower, more temperate region of forested hillsides and Gurung and Magar village. As we move higher through the rhododendron woodlands the views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Machhapuchhre are astounding. On reaching Kopra Ridge our campsite is right below Mt. Annapurna I. From here we walk up to the sacred lake above Kair, a marvelous alpine experience. The trek back to Pokhara takes us via Ghorepani, Poon Hill for one of the most famous panoramas in the Annapurna range.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free.
Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara by tourist Bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 04: Drive to Dhampus Phedi and trek up to Pathana.
Day 05: Pathana – Ghandrung 1951m.
Day 06: Ghandrung – Tadapani 2700m.
Day 07: Tadapani – Dobato.
Day 08: Dobato – Chistibung.
Day 09: Chistibung – Kopra 3500m.
Day 10: Kobra rest for explore around.
Day 11: Kopra – Shownta.
Day 12: Shownta – Ghorepani 2855m.
Day 13: Ghorepani – Tirkhedhunga 1577m.
Day 14: Tirkhedhunga – Nayapul then drive back to Pokhara then transfer to Hotel.
Day 15: Pokhara – Kathmandu by tourist bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 16: Last minute, transfer to airport for onward journey.

Fully Camping Trek Cost Includes:

• All land transportation by private vehicle and tourist Bus, (Airport /Hotel/Airport, trekking, pick up & drop).
• 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu, 2 night in Pokhara with bed & breakfast basis. 3
• All 3 major meals Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (provide continental food) and accommodation in tented camp during the trek en-route. (twin sharing North Face tent or, normal trekking tent, dining tent, toilet tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, Table, chairs and Kitchen utensil etc.).
• One professional English speaking trekking guide, 1 Cook, Kitchen boys, necessary Sherpa and Porters.
• Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.
• Per member 25 Kg. luggage allow while in the trekking.
• Trekking Permit & National Park permits Fees.
