Tour Itinerary;
May 27, 2012 Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, meet our staff then transfer to Hotel. O/N in Hotel.
May 28, 2012 Day 02: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu city including Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambunath and Budhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu Temple). O/N in Hotel.
May 29, 2012 Day 03: Drive to Nyalam (Tibet), (123 km drive 3750m. Above sea level). O/N in Guesthouse.
May 30, 2012 Day 04: Acclimatization day. Explore the surrounding of Nyalam village. O/N in Guest House.
May 31, 2012 Day 05: Drive to Saga (260 km drive 4600m. above sea level) by crossing (Lalung la pass 5050m. and Paigutso lake) O/N in Guesthouse/Camp.
June 01, 2012 Day 06: Drive to Paryang (250 km drive 4750m. above sea level). Overnight in Guesthouse/Camp.
June 02, 2012 Day 07: Drive to the holy lake Manasarovar. (210 km drive 4560m. above sea level) Overnight in Guesthouse/Camp.
June 03, 2012. Day 08: Morning ritual bath and Puja in Holy Lake Manasarovar-afternoon drive to Darchen, 35 km drive 4500m. above sea level) Darchen is know as the foot of Mt. Kailash. O/N stay in Guesthouse.
June 04, 2012. Day 10: Drive to Tarbuche for Saga dawa Festival & drive back to Darchen Guest house. O/N
June 05, 2012. Day 11: Drive 8 km to Dhapoche. Start the trek to Dirapuk (18 km trekking 6 to 7 hrs walking distance 4750m. above sea level). O/N in Guesthouse/camp
June 06, 2012. Day 12: Trek over Dolma La Pass (5636m. above sea level) to Zuthulphuk (22 km walking 7-8 hrs 4850m. above sea level). O/N in Guesthouse/Camp
June 07, 2012. Day 13: Complete the Kailash Kora in Rongdo (14km 4 hrs walking) and drive back to Manasarovar Lake. O/N in Guesthouse/Camp.
June 08, 2012. Day 14: Drive to Paryang (270 km). O/N in Guesthouse/Camp.
June 09, 2012. Day 15: Drive to Saga (250 km). O/N in Guesthouse/Camp
June 10, 2012. Day 16: Drive to Nyalam(260 km). O/N in Guesthouse/Camp
June 11, 2012. Day 17: Drive to Kathmandu (123 km via Friendship Bridge Tibet-Nepal border) O/N in Hotel.
June 12, 2012. Day 18: Rest day (Shopping/Free day) O/N in Hotel
June 13, 2012. Day 19: Last minute, transfer to airport for onward Journey.

Tour Cost Includes:
- All land transportation by Car, Land Cruiser, Van, Hiace & mini Bus (Airport/Hotel/Airport & expedition pick up & drop).
- 4 Night’s Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu at Bed and breakfast basis.
- Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur as per tour itinerary wiith English Speciaking tour guide and manuments entrance frees.
- All three major meals B/L/D (provide continental food) prepared by our own Nepali Cook while on the Tibet tours & Trek.
- Accommodation in Guest House/tented camp (twin sharing North Face tent or, normal trekking tent, dining tent, toilet tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, sleeping mattresses, Table, chairs and Kitchen utensil etc.).
- All transportation in Tibet by 4 WD Land Cruiser and support truck for the entire trip. (4 people in 1 Land cruiser)
- Yak and Yak man (handler) during your trek around Mt. Kailash (Kora).
- 1 English-speaking expert Chinese or, Tibetan guide.
- Private transportation from Kathmandu - Tibet border (Kodari – Nyalam).
- All Tibet visa and travel permits, applicable taxes and entrance fees.
- Nepali staff daily wages, Insurance and Tibetan staff & meals.
- PAC bag (Portable Altitude Chamber) & first aid medical Kit.
- All official taxes and service charge.
Tour & Trek Cost Doesn’t Include:
- Personal transportation except above programs.
- Major meals lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu.
- Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu after 4 nights.
- Personal clothing, tour equipments as well as sleeping bags. (required)
- Personal Nature expenses. (Extra expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, accidents, road blockage, and other occurrences beyond our control.)
- Emergency evacuation (If incase of Rescue).
- First Aid Kit.
- Drinks except tea and coffee.
- Airfare: to & from your country.
- Nepal entry, re-entry visa fees & international airport departure taxes. ((It is suggested you apply for a multiple entry visa for Nepal initially saving you the Nepal re-entry fee).
- Personal travel insurance. (Liability for insurance against sickness, accidents, loss of baggage, loss of life etc.)
- Tips for support crews.
Mode of transport we provide while on Tibet for tours and trekking.
- 2 Person = 1 Land Cruiser.
- 3 – 4 Person = 1 Land Cruiser and 1 support Land Cruiser or mini truck.
- 5 – 8 Person 2 = Land Cruiser and 1 support truck.
- 13 – 15 Person = 4 Land Cruiser and 1 support truck.
- 16 – 20 Person = Above 5 Land Cruiser and 1 support truck.
- 20 Person = Above 5 land cruiser and 2 support truck.
Note:
- We need a name list of each member 60 days before the trip confirmation for flight reservation.
- Clear passport photocopy and a passport size photo of each member which should reach us 30 days before client's arrival in Kathmandu at info@culturaltreks.com ((jpeg or gif reduced to max. 25Kb per photo).
- If you wish to join tours or trekking in Kathmandu you have to arrive as per the given programs and if you wish join in Lhasa can also possible.
- If you are traveling in Nepal before going to Tibet, then you must apply for your Chinese visa in Kathmandu. We can get it within 2 days with your original passport.
