Mehra - Pokalde Peak (5745m.) Climbing
(Kala Pattar Trek with Mehra or Pokalde Peak climbing)
Most of the summits lie in the
heart in Sherpa World. We follow the classic Everest approach through the Solu
Khumbu. Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar is veering off the trail to Everest
Base Came. We will enter the magnificent Khumbu valleys from Lukla Bazaar. We go
towards the Khumbu glacier en-route and you can enjoy spectacular panorama from
Kala Pattar at (5545m.).
We attempt the summit of Mehra (5820m.)
or, Pokalde Peak
(5745m.) after one night at the high camp perched on the South East
Ridge. Magnificent vistas of the Khumbu can be seen. On the way of
it while descending to base came, you can take the picture of Everest Glaciar
and Cholotse as well as other mountains around. Also we can vistas of Himalayas
of Mt. Everest, Mt. Makalu Mt. Lhotse (over 8,000m) and many other mountains.
The journey came to end at Lukla airstrip then we fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free.
Day 03: Free day for preparation and official briefing.
Day 04: Fly to Lukla (2800m.) & trek to Phakding (2652m.)
Day 05: Phakding – Namche Bazaar. (3440m.)
Day 06: Namche Bazaar Rest for Acclimatization.
Day 07: Namche Bazaar – Thyangboche (3867m.)
Day 08: Thyangboche – Pheriche (4343m.)
Day 09: Pheriche – Lobuche. (4930m.)
Day 10: Lobuche – Kala-Pathar 5545m. & back to Labuche.
Day 11: Labuche – Mehra (5820m.) – Pokalde (5745m.) Base Camp & preparation. Tented Camp
Day 12: Mehra (5820m.) – Pokalde (5745m.) summit then back to BC and Labuche.
Day 13: Labuche – Dingboche (4243m.)
Day 14: Dingboche – Thyangboche.
Day 15: Thyangboche – Namche Bazaar.
Day 16: Namche Bazaar – Lukla and transfer to Teahouse Lodge.
Day 17: Lukla- Kathmandu by flight then transfer to Hotel.
Day 18: Kathmandu free.
Day 19: Last minute, transfer to Airport for onward journey.

Tea-house Lodge Trek Cost Includes:
- All land transportation by private vehicle & tourist Bus (Airport /Hotel/Airport, trekking, expedition pick up & drop).
- 5 Night’s Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu at Bed and breakfast basis.
- 3 Major meals; B/L/D (by Lodge menu) and accommodation at best available teahouse lodge during the trek en-route.
- One Professional equipped English speaking trekking guide, necessary Sherpa and Porters.

- All 3 major meals Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (provide varieties continental food) and accommodation in tented camp during the trek en-route. (twin sharing North Face tent or, normal trekking tent, dining tent, toilet tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, Table, chairs and Kitchen utensil etc.).
- One professional equipped English speaking trekking guide, 1 trekking Cook, Kitchen boys, necessary Sherpa and Porters.
