Mt. Kula Kangri located between Tibet
and Bhutan
border and it is an attractive and stunningly beautiful peak for the climbing. Our
approach from Lhasa to the peak
takes two days by drive to get the Base camp of Mt. Kula Kangri. This mountain
is considered a holy, and is a pilgrimage destination especially for Tibetans
people and Buddhist. Mt. Kula Kangri is surrounded by a series of 6,000 to 7,
000 meter high peaks all of which remain unclimbed. Mt. Kula Kangri offers many
possibilities for new routes for mountain climbing seekers. Cultural Treks
always welcome for those climbers who like to climb new virgin mountains from Tibet
side.
- Base Camp: 4500m.
- Advance base camp: 5260m.
- Camp 1- 5700m.
- Camp 2 - 6200m.
- Camp 3 - 6790 or, 7250m.
- Kula Kangri Summit: 7538m.

Expedition Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Day for Tibet visa procedure.
Day 03: Day for Tibet visa procedure.
Day 04: Fly to Lhasa at Gongar airport, meet our staff and transfer to Hotel.
Day 05: Sightseeing in Lhasa, Drepung, Sera and Norbu Lingka monasteries.
Day 06: Sightseeing in Lhasa, Potala Palace, Jokhang and Barkhor market.
Day 07: Drive to Kula Kangri Base Camp (350Km).
Day 08 – 10: Stay at Base Camp for acclimatization.
Day 11 – 31: Kula Kangri 7538m. Climbing Period.
Day 32: Trek Back to Base Camp.
Day 33: Drive to Shigatse.
Day 34: Drive to Zhangmu.
Day 35: Drive back to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel.
Day 36: Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 37 Last minute, transfer to airport for onward journey.
Expedition Cost in group joining basis; (Minimum 4 person required in group)
Expedition cost up to Advance Base Camp: US $ 7,400 Per Person
High Altitude Sherpa: US $ 3,900 (If required)

Expedition Cost Includes:
- All land transportation by private vehicle, (Airport /Hotel/Airport & expedition pick up & drop).
- Accommodation in Kathmandu at 3 star Hotel for 5 nights (BB plan).
- Tibet visa fee.
- Road permit and travel permit.
- Expedition Permit fee of Mt. Shishapangma.
- Transportation as per program/itinerary.
- Accommodation in Tibet on full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
- Service of Liaison officer and interpreter.
- Nepalese Sherpa cook and kitchen boy at BC and ABC.
- Entry fee of Kitchen staffs.

- Air ticket: Kathmandu – Lhasa (Gongar airport – one way).
- Equipment allowances and daily salary of kitchen staffs, Liaison officer and interpreter.

- Kitchen tent, dining tent, store tent, shower tent, toilet tents, chair, table at BC and ABC.
- Single sleeping tent and mattress at BC and ABC.
- Per Person 50 KG. Expedition equipment’s luggage or barrels allowed for expedition till Advance Base Camp.
- Per Person 40 KG. Expedition equipment’s luggage or barrels is allowed for returned to Kathmandu.
- Transfer of all expedition goods and equipment’s to BC and back.
- 2 Expedition duffel bag for each member.
- Generator or Solar panel at Advance Base Camp for light and charging.
- Emergency Oxygen Mask & regulator at advance base camp (for medical use).
- Garbage deposit fee.
- Medical Kit Box for Nepalese crew’s and simple medical service for members till ABC.
- Agency Service charge.
Expedition Cost Doesn’t Include:
- Airfare: To & from your country.
- International airport departure tax.
- Nepal entry & Re-entry visa fee (can be obtained at the airport upon arrival).
- Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
- All Drinks except tea and coffee.
- Hotel after 5 night stay in Kathmandu.
- Personal climbing gear and equipment above base camp.
- Tents above advance base camp.
- High altitude food and fuel above base camp.
- Oxygen & Mask and regulator (available on request).
- Personal local transportation in Kathmandu and Tibet except above mentioned programs.
- Personal insurance such as travel, accident, medical, emergency evacuation and lost luggage.
- Applicable permit fees and customs charges, etc. for SAT phone, communication equipment and commercial filming.
- Porters and transportation in case of natural calamity.
- Nepal custom duty charges for import of expedition goods.
- Extra yaks if required.

Expedition cost up to Summit: US $ 13,000 Per Person
